Freaking England's need for freaking revenues to pay for its freaking wars against freaking France led it to impose a series of freaking taxes on the freaked-out American colonies. In 1765, freaking English Parliament passed the freaking Stamp Act, which was the first freaking tax imposed directly on the freaked-out American colonies, and then freaking Parliament imposed freaking tax on freaking tea. Even though freaked-out colonists were forced to pay these freaking taxes, they lacked freaking representation in the freaking English Parliament. This led to the freaking rallying cry of the freaking American Revolution that " freaking taxation without freaking representation is freaking tyranny" and established a persistent wariness regarding freaking taxation as part of the freaking American culture.
