my coworkers are dorks

whenever someone forgets to lock his/her screen, another dork would jump up and write an email on behalf of the poor guy/gal, something like "I have decided to go on paternity leave" or would open the bug saying "I'm dork!", priority - high, status - changed from new to newer, what can I say, dorks!
by the way, I still don't know what the word dork means. gotta look in the dictionary.
